Paul T. Brizendine, MD has been with NES since 1991. Dr. Brizendine serves as Regional Medical Director for NES' Central and Western Regions.
 
An emergency physician since 1978, he brings his clinical and administrative expertise to NES. His responsibilities include consultive services, trouble shooting, problem resolution in standards of care and implementation of policies and procedures. Dr. Brizendine supervises and evaluates the Emergency Department medical staff and makes periodic visits to facilities in his region.
 
Dr. Brizendine is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and holds current ACLS instructor and ATLS provider certifications. He serves as Associate Clinical Professor in Emergency Medicine at the University of Kentucky.
