Mr. Heinz is a Registered Nurse and joined NES in 2008 as Director of Risk Management, QA & QI—bringing with him a breadth of experience in healthcare management. During the past decade he has held various management positions in hospital administration. In addition, prior to becoming an RN, he was a senior manager of a regional corporation for 15 years.
 
Mr. Heinz received his degree in nursing from Adelphi University and is board certified in emergency nursing. Seeking to further solidify his business and hospital administration experience, he earned a Masters Degree in Accounting from SUNY Old Westbury, and is now a CPA candidate. He also holds memberships in the Emergency Nursing Association, NYSSCPA, and AICPA.
