Mr. Keely first joined the NES financial management team in 1999 as the company's controller.
 
Prior to joining the company, he held senior financial management positions with several national and regional health maintenance organizations. First certified as a public accountant in 1985, Mr. Keely holds CPA licenses in both North Carolina and New York.
 
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Keely earned his BBA in public accountancy from the City University of New York, Bernard M Baruch College.
